2017 Grauburgunder Reserve, Baden, Germany

Fine vegetal and slightly nutty aroma with pome fruit aromas, a little root vegetables, mushrooms and light wood tones. Melting, warm fruit with vegetal notes and mushrooms again, light wood, very delicate smoky tones, very fine acidity, delicate sweetness, some persistence, noticeable but integrated alcohol, hints of black berries, a touch of vanilla, good to very good, sweetish and alcohol-warm finish.
