Relatively cool, somewhat herbal and slightly smoky pomaceous fruit nose with a hint of citrus zest and hints of green and dark berries. Slender, slightly sweetish citrus fruit with a noticeable acid bite, slightly minty notes, also a hint of crab meat and white currants, delicate tannic grip, certain persistence, salty and chalky tones, good finish with cool herbal flavours.
