Clear lime pome fruit nose with herbal notes, a touch of peach and floral traces. Delicately sweet fruit with tart herbal and floral tones, suitable acidity, some grip, fine citrus zest bitterness on the palate, some persistence, blackcurrants in the background, good sweet-tart finish.
