Clearly green-vegetable nose reminiscent of root vegetables with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, a little herbs and caraway. Slightly sweet, relatively juicy fruit, again clearly vegetal aromas, nutty hints, some candy, moderate acidity, a touch of tannin, mineral nuances, slightly warm, again sweet finish
