Translate to English Betont kräuteriger, dazu rauchiger, mit Luft auch floraler Duft nach reifen, teils angetrockneten Zitrusfrüchten und Steinobst mit etwas hefigen, gelb-gewürzigen und hell-tabakigen Noten sowie ein wenig Weißbrot. Reife, herb-saftige, helle Frucht, deutlich kreidige Noten, etwas Hefe und helle nussige Töne, auch pflanzlich am Gaumen, viel Salz, lebendige, feine Säure und etwas Griff, vollkommen trockener Stil, eine Spur Jod, ätherische Würze, sehr guter, herb-saftiger Abgang mit kühler Würze, Mineralik und Biss.
