2021 Wachenheim Riesling VDP.Ortswein trocken "Basalt", Pfalz, Germany

Quite firm, yeasty and slightly floral bouquet with fine yellow fruity aromas and hints of dark berries, a little citrus zest, celery and clear minerality. Taut, tart, almost cool fruit, clearly yeasty aromas, herbaceous-vegetable tones, again a hint of black berries, lasting, lots of grip, clear, tart, light minerality, very good, tight finish with bite and grip.
