Cooler and deeper, fine-vegetable scent with distinct citrus aromas, also citrus peel and a bit of peach, smoky to bacon-like hints and mineral tones. Dense, ripe, juicy, yet tart fruit, lively acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, yeasty and nutty hints, slightly red berry tones, a trace floral, somewhat ethereal herbal spice on the palate, hinted juniper, deep and intensely mineral on the palate, firm core, still undeveloped, reminiscent of pesto tones, good depth, has plenty of energy, very good to long, tart-juicy and again very mineral finish with ethereal spice. Has real class.
