Tart, slightly muted, clearly vegetal, slightly reminiscent of celery with citrus and apple notes, some peach, herbs and mineral tones that become more pronounced with air. Restrained, tart, again slightly muted fruit, vegetal, nutty and slightly yeasty tones, noticeable, slightly drying tannin, good substance and persistence, suitable acidity, floral nuances, good to very good, tart, again slightly drying finish.
