Firm, slightly ethereal-herbal fragrance with fine citrus and stone fruit aromas, a hint of citrus zest and distinct minerality. Ripe, juicy, somewhat warm and melting, yet completely dry fruit, very fine acidity and mellow tannin, dried planty to herbal aromas, chalky-earthy and somewhat salty, also almost smoky minerality, very slightly drying on the palate, certain power, very good, again bone-dry finish with melting.
