Almost calm, delicately nutty and floral stone and pome fruit scent with quite clearly yeasty notes and hinted yellow spice. Bone-dry fruit with yeasty and slightly nutty tones, quite fine acidity, some grip, certain persistence and substance, chalky and salty notes, a little planty in the background, good to very good, quite firm, tart, rather mineral finish
