Cool, tart, clearly vegetal and yeasty nose with very restrained, light yellow fruity and slightly chalky notes. Lean, tart fruit, clearly yeasty and again also vegetal tones, somewhat nutty, present, relatively fine mousseux, some phenolic grip, certain persistence, good to very good, tart, fine-juicy and again clearly yeasty finish with a certain draught.
