Calm, rather soft, relatively bright yellow fruity nose with nutty and hints of waxy notes and a touch of candy. Ripe, juicy, melting fruit with some yellow spice, fine vegetal aromas and a hint of beeswax, very fine acidity, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, clearly salty, almondy nuances, very slight warmth, some depth, moderate sweetness, very good, rather soft, slightly melting finish. Still much better than expected.

Editor note: Translate to English Kühler, straffer Zitrus-Apfelduft mit Steinobstnoten, zart hefigen Tönen, etwas Orangenöl sowie frisch-pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen und deutlich mineralischen Aromen. Klare, straffe, saftige Frucht im Mund, sehr geschliffen, präsente, feine Säure und zarte Süße, nachhaltig am Gaumen, feinherbe Kräuteraromen, dunkle Beeren und viel Mineralik, etwas erdig und salzig, für ein Großes Gewächs ungewöhnlich schlanker und eleganter Stil mit reichlich Zug und Biss, animierend, vielleicht nicht ewig tief, sehr guter, wenn auch eine Spur rauer, wieder ziemlich straffer, feinsaftiger und zart süßlicher sowie mineralischer Abgang.
