2020 Westhofen Morstein Riesling, Rheinhessen, Germany

Tart, somewhat reductive, noticeably vegetal aroma with yellow fruity, somewhat peppery and clearly mineral notes, as well as a little avocado. Vegetal also in the mouth, juicier with air, yellow fruit and yellow spice, present acidity and noticeable, still somewhat drying tannin, persistent, has power, minerality in the background, herbal notes and savoy cabbage, a touch of carbonic acid, smoky and mushroomy traces, a little candy, tart, grippy finish with vegetable notes, increasingly juice, pepper and lots of acid bite.
