Translate to English Fester, zart vegetabiler und floraler Zitrus-Steinobstduft mit minzigen und floralen Note sowie erdig-mineralischen Tönen. Reife, saftige, eher helle gelbe Frucht, feine, lebendige Säure, viel Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff und deutliche, kreidige bis salzige Mineralik, nachhaltig am Gaumen, dicht und recht tief, völlig trocken, gewisse Wärme, tabakig-hefige Töne, ein wenig Kräuter, noch leicht unruhig, sehr guter, fester, saftiger und etwas ätherischer Abgang.
