Clear, quite polished, somewhat planty to herbal, nutty and hints of animal aromas of mixed berries with a bit of cherries, plums and dried mushrooms as well as a hint of root vegetables and nuances reminiscent of meat juice. Firm, completely dry fruit with a hint of mustard seed, lavender and nutty-woody tones, ripe, grippy tannins, good persistence, somewhat bitterish-sooty notes in the background, salty and earthy tones in the good to very good, only slightly bitterish finish again.

Herb-saftige Frucht, etwas nussige und rauchige Holznoten, leicht getrocknet-pflanzliche und erdige Töne, feinsandiges Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Mineralik, ein Hauch Kakao, leicht gedeckt, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
