Dried vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, hint of bacon, earthy notes, restrained red and yellow fruit. Clear, straightforward, dry fruit on the palate, yeasrty and light oaky notes, elegant, lively acidity, light tannic touch, fairly persistent, quite gripping, medium body, hint of smoked bacon, salty notes in the background, good to very good finish. Versatile companion with food, particularly grilled food.
