Herbe, reife, dabei zurückhaltende Frucht, deutlich nussig, leicht vegetabil, erdig und holzig, feine Säure, noch ein wenig deckender Gerbstoff, gute Substanz und gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Wärme, aber auch kühlende mineralische Töne, auch im herben, leicht erdigen und tabakigen Abgang noch gedeckt.
