Somewhat fresh-vegetable to herbaceous nose with pomaceous fruit and citrus notes, hint of roasted almonds and light oak notes. Ripe, somewhat sweetish-melting, slightly warm fruit, very fine acidity and moderate grip, smoky wood notes, some fennel and aniseed, herbal nuances in the background, slightly salty and chalky tones, certain power and persistence, clearly nutty flavours, with air the alcohol becomes clearly noticeable, loses some of its tension, good to very good finish with restrained smoky bitterness.
