Nutty, somewhat vegetal and a hint of floral aromas of crunchy pomaceous fruit with a hint of mushrooms, butter and very light tobacco wood flavours. Ripe, quite juicy, a hint of melon fruit, nutty, smoky and restrained tobacco wood spice, fine acidity, some butter and caramel on the palate, yellow-spicy nuances, crumbly tannin, hints of red berries, salty-chalky tones in the background, then also marzipan, slightly noticeable alcohol, good to very good finish with candy notes and turmeric.
