Ripe, tart, slightly warm fruit, herbal and a little peppery spice, smoky and moderately toasty wood notes, lasting and quite powerful on the palate, salt in the background, also hints of juniper, certain depth, still young, very good, firm, tart and ethereal-spicy, again also mineral finish.
