Translate to English fester, etwas rauchiger und holzwürziger, auch nussiger Duft nach reifem, teils kandiertem kern- und Steinobst mit Zitrusaromen sowie floralen, pflanzlichen und mineralischen Anklängen. Reife, saftige, teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht mit heller Holzwürze, etwas Rauch sowie pflanzlichen und floralen Nuancen, nicht ganz trocken, schmelzig und leicht griffig, feine Säure, viel Alkohol, ganz leicht parfümierte Töne am Gaumen, recht fester Bau, im Hintergrund Salz und ein wenig Speck, an Pistazien erinnernde Töne, sehr guter, süßlicher und alkoholstarker Abgang mit kernobstbetonter Frucht und etwas gelber Würze.
