Cool, vegetal to slightly herbaceous, polished nose with white and yellow fruity aromas, some freshly mown grass and restrained blackcurrant tones. Straightforward, bright, somewhat sweetish fruit with nutty and buttery flavours, very fine acidity, vegetal spice, also a hint of paprika and pepper, warm and cool elements, good, nutty, again a hint of buttery and somewhat sweetish finish.
