A hint of smoky and delicately nutty aroma with pomaceous yellow fruit flavours, a hint of nutmeg and herbaceous and floral traces. Ripe, slightly warm, clearly nutty fruit, again some smoke, fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, a little sweetish melting, yeasty traces, moderate oak tones, very slightly tobacco-like, good to very good, again slightly sweetish and somewhat warm finish.
