Still a little smoky-reductive, somewhat nutty, vegetal to herbaceous and a hint of bacon flavour of yellow fruit with a hint of fresh butter. Clear, juicy, still slightly yeasty fruit with a hint of blackcurrants and mint, fine acidity, delicate grip, some persistence, smoked salt and mussels in the background, good to very good finish.
