Somewhat spicy, nutty and hinted at tobacco aroma of partly preserved black berries with slightly minty and peppery hints as well as nuances reminiscent of sour cherries. Straightforward, quite juicy fruit with some nutty-woody aromas, a hint of rock candy and juniper, youthful, still slightly drying tannins, good persistence, hints of laurel, chalky-mineral tones in the very good finish.
