Relatively cool, herbal, somewhat nutty and yeasty and hints of earthy pome and stone fruit aromas with a hint of mango. Straightforward fruit with yeasty traces and some red berry hints, lively acidity, hints of pepper and mint, some persistence, some dark minerality, good finish
