2019 Cannstatt Steinhalde Spätburgunder trocken "Urgestein", Württemberg, Germany

Tart, somewhat woody aroma of rather dark berries and a little cherry with dried planty, leathery and delicately malty notes. Quite juicy, again relatively dark, delicately sweet fruit, smoky and tart toasty wood notes, dried planty to herbaceous and tobacco nuances, some persistence, medium strength, sooty hints, hints of dark chocolate and coffee, good finish with bitterish wood and at the same time hints of sweetness again.
