Almondy, nutty, floral, slightly yeasty and a hint of smokiness with yellow fruit and hints of black berry aromas as well as a little tobacco and leather. Tart, almost cool, tight fruit, yeasty, smoky, almondy-nutty and slightly ashy tones, relatively fine perlage, some bite, fine dusty tannin in the background, good persistence, quite dry style, salty and chalky notes in the background, has some tension, tones reminiscent of seaweed, very good, tight finish.
