Cool, bitter and reserved, somewhat herbal, nutty-yeasty and subtly smoky nose with bright yellow fruit notes. Slim, bitter, again rather restrained fruit with herbal, nutty and subtly yeasty tones, hinted smoky to fatty in the background, quite lively acidity and very slightly drying tannin, quite distinct chalky-mineral tones, somewhat bitter, ashy and dark-tobacco traces, good to very good finish.
