Clear, polished, citrus peach nose with some smoky and grilled pork rind reminiscent aromas, hinted herbs, floral nuances, and bright chalky mineral tones. Ripe, bright, juicy fruit with lime zest, a bit of yeast flour and grip, present acidity, chalky-salty minerality, a touch of currants, good sustainability, cool, finely citrus-fruity character, minty nuances, a little white pepper, gains tension and depth with air, very good, tight finish with a lot of bite.
