Still slightly smoky-reductive, rather light peach-citrus scent with fine vegetal, delicately herbal, minty and hints of peppery notes. Tight, clear, rather cool, fine-juicy, again bright fruit, smoky-reductive, delicately yeasty, herbal and hints of floral aromas, redcurrant tones in the background, persistent, lively acidity and delicate carbonic acidity, again smoky reduction notes, clearly salt, some depth, very good, tight finish with notes reminiscent of cashew nuts. Needs to mature a little more.
