Firm, tart, somewhat herbal to herbal aroma with bright, cool yellow fruity aromas and a little fennel. Tight, juicy, cool and bright fruit, lively acidity, a trace of carbonic acid and noticeable sweetness, herbal, yeasty and herbal tones on the palate, a little dark berries, bright, tart minerality, has bite, very good finish.
