Quite deep, distinctly yeasty, nutty and slightly tobacco aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, dried herbs and a hint of juniper. Quite firm, tart fruit, nutty, planty to herbal, clearly yeasty and slightly tobacco spice, lively acidity, a little carbonic acid and a lot of grip, very present, rather light minerality, black berry nuances, multilayered, good depth, has tension, very good, tight, sweetish-juicy, also slightly floral and clearly herbal finish.
