Firm, still slightly reductive, yeasty and a little smoky aroma with yellow-fruity and slightly yellow-spicy aromas, a hint of caraway, floral nuances and quite distinct minerality. Tight, juicy, ripe, still undeveloped fruit, lively, ripe acidity and lots of grip, nutty and spicy aromas, still a little yeasty, persistent, some depth, relatively complex, very good, tight, juicy, spicy and mineral finish with grip and pull.
