Trockene, etwas geschliffene Frucht im Mund, kräuterige und zart erdige Anklänge, im Hintergrund weiße Blüten, eine Prise weißen Pfeffers, etwas mineralisch am Gaumen, präsente, feine Säure und viel Kohlensäure, hat gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Schmelz, recht guter, leicht nachtrocknender Abgang.
