Im Mund herbwürzig, mineralisch und etwas rau, feine, harmonische Säure, gewisser Schmelz, sehr reife, teils angetrocknete Frucht am Gaumen, gewisse Saftigkeit, aber auch deutlich phenolische Noten, mittlere Substanz, auch im Abgang etwas rau und trocknend.
