Somewhat vegetal to herbal, nutty and hints of bacon on the nose with nuances reminiscent of root vegetables. Straightforward, not quite dry fruit with delicate melting, a hint of fennel and dark berries, lively acidity, some persistence, salty tones, a hint of dried mushrooms in the good, slightly sweetish, rather soft finish.
