Clear nose, more black than red berries, with a little pepper, paprika, smoke and root vegetables. Cool, tart, juicy, youthful fruit, lively acidity and still a little sandy, rather superficial tones, root vegetables again in the background, hints of paprika and smoke, a certain persistence, a hint of carbonic acid, a touch of liquorice, good to very good finish.
