fairly firm, nutty citrus nose with some pomaceous fruit, moderate vegetal notes, very light tobacco barrel notes, orange blossom, cardamom and a hint of butter. Slender, tart, relatively cool fruit, vegetal and nutty tones, relatively dark woody spice, slightly reminiscent of coffee, relatively fine acidity, some grip, good persistence, quite clear minerality in the background, very good, firm finish with quite noble juice and spice.
