Translate to English Ganz leicht trübes, eher dunkles Strohgelb. Fester, nussiger und hefiger Duft mit ruhigen gelbfruchtigen und ganz leicht vegetabilen Aromen, einem Hauch Champignons, ein wenig gelber Würze, hellem Holz und Tabak. Klare, feinsaftige Frucht mit hefigen, nussigen und wieder leicht holzwürzigen Tönen, wenig gelber Würze und Tabak, moderate Säure, aber der mürbe Gerbstoff gibt Rückgrat, im Hintergrund kommt gewisse Frische auf, pflanzliche Noten, ein Hauch Zitruszesten, kreidige mineralische Töne, gute Tiefe, sehr guter, herb-saftiger Abgang mit recht deutlich Muskatnuss.
