Clearly nutty, somewhat smoky, tobacco and still a hint of yeasty aroma with pomaceous fruit aromas, floral nuances and a hint of nut butter. Firm, tart fruit with smoky and nutty wood flavours, vegetal to herbal and tobacco nuances, salt and floral traces, hints of dark berries in the background, medium strength, fine acid bite and grip of ripe tannin, some depth, tart vegetal tones reminiscent of kale, a little Williams-Christ pear, certain alcohol warmth, becomes softer in the contours with air, very good finish.
