Firm, nutty and a hint of smoky aroma of ripe yellow fruit with some wood spice, candied citrus zest, chanterelles and floral nuances. Firm, tart fruit with slightly smoky, rather light wood, grip of ripe tannins and present acidity, persistent on the palate, lots of power and noticeable alcohol warmth, again a little citrus zest, plus a little nut butter and rock candy, very good, high-alcohol, light-woody finish with ripe fruit, a certain acid bite and slightly drying tannins.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
