Slightly smoky, nutty-woody and slightly bacon-like scent of more red than black berries with a touch of pepper and mushrooms and mineral nuances. Tart, rather reserved, with air juicier fruit with slightly smoky and bacony-woody notes, some bite and fine sandy tannin, good substance and persistence, peppery traces, chalky earthy minerality in the background, nutty hints, still slightly covered, gains depth, very good finish with tart juice and certain wood spice.
