Festering and quite deep citrus stone fruit aroma with herbal notes, hinted peppers, and blackberry tones. Ripe, firm, very juicy fruit with a touch of sweetness, some yeast, and yellow spice, fine herbal notes reminiscent of spring onions on the palate, chalky minerality, also salt, then blackberry traces, sustainable, gripping, with a certain depth and taut, sweet-juicy, fine herbal and again intensely mineral finish.
