Herb and cooler, somewhat yeasty and dried-plant-like scent with restrained, cool, bright yellow-fruity aromas, a hint of bacon and fine mushroom nuances. Firm, again bright fruit with plant to herbal aromas, white currants and citrus zest, lively acidity and delicate sweetness, quite intense minerality, a bit of grip, still barely developed, a tiny trace of smokiness, some yellow spice, very good finish with plenty of bite.
