Firm and quite deep, clearly ethereal-herbal and slightly smoky scent with first rather reserved, then more distinct citrus and peach aromas, floral traces, hints of maritime and also mineral tones. Ripe, juicy, densely knitted fruit, very fine, lively acidity and some grip, yeasty traces, a little smoke, persistent on the palate, hints of floral tones and a hint of exoticism and fennel, clear minerality, salty, chalky and earthy tones, some depth, very good, firm finish with grip.
