Firm, calm and deep, finely herbaceous-vegetable bouquet with restrained, yet quite noble yellow-fruity aromas, floral nuances and a certain minerality. Firmly woven, tangy, dense fruit, delicate yeasty tones, grip of crumbly tannin, very fine acidity marbling the wine, persistent on the palate, good depth, still undeveloped, almost compact structure, quite present, tart dry herb notes, a hint of oysters, intense, salty minerality, smoky traces, deep and complex, very good to long, gripping finish. May mature.
