Deep, tart, nutty and slightly yeasty, a hint of warm fragrance with yellow fruity aromas, smoky traces, hints of yellow spice, tobacco, some dark minerality and a hint of root vegetables. Firmly woven, still undeveloped, largely tart fruit, lots of grip and quite lively acidity, persistent on the palate, smoke and some dark spice in the background, lots of salt, also chalky tones, a hint of pepper and also mint, still undeveloped and compact, yet profound, firm mineral foundation, very good, juicy and spicy, a touch sweetish finish with lots of grip, smoky nuances and plenty of salty minerality.
