Firm and quite deep, still very slightly muted, undeveloped aroma of rather bright yellow fruits and a little fennel with tobacco and yeasty aromas, hints of mushrooms and minerality. Ripe, juicy, relatively tart fruit, nutty, dried planty to tobacco and slightly yeasty notes, fine acidity and intense, tart minerality, peppery nuances, firm structure, good depth, quite complex, still very slightly muted and rough, very good, tight, tangy, grippy finish.
