Clear, cool, firm, light citrus stone fruit nose with fine herbaceous-vegetal nuances, yeasty traces and clear minerality. Cool, tight, bright, juicy fruit with integrated sweetness, fine acidity and tart herbal, clearly mineral and a little yeasty notes, lasting, some grip, some depth, a hint of caraway, also in the very good, tight finish bright and cool
